Captain Lee Chapin

Founder of SGI Charters, Capt. Lee Chapin, grew up on the water in his hometown of Sebastian, Florida. He had his first boat at age six and learned everything he could about the water, wildlife, fishing, boating and diving. He moved to the SGI area in 2004 and learned the ins and outs of the Apalachicola Bay and surrounding areas as he carried on his passion for fishing. In 2008, he received his Master Captain’s License, and soon after, founded SGI Charters. Capt. Lee is active in the local community and is also a member of the Apalachicola Bay Chamber of Commerce. When he isn’t fishing with clients, he is on the waters with his wife and two young children.
